Vote PDP in Abia from top to bottom – Guber candidate Ahiwe appeals
….as party awaits Atiku’s Saturday visit to Abia State

The Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic party in Abia State, Chief Okey Ahiwe, has appealed to all Abians to vote for the party in order to consolidate and improve more democratic dividends in the state.
The Governorship candidate who is a development oriented expert and rural mobiliser canvassed that the only way to development the state infrastructurally, create wealth, provide job opportunities to the teeming youth and create a conducive environment for investors and entrepreneurs to come into Abia, “is to vote PDP from top to bottom in the forthcoming elections.”
In another development, Mr. Kingsley Megwara who is Director Media & Publicity for Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council in Abia State has appealed to PDP faithfuls, youths, women and chieftains of the party to come out en mass to receive the Presidential Candidate of the party Alhaji Abubakar Atiku and his entourage for the campaign train in Umuahia on 11th February, 2023.
He added, “Members of the PDP in Abia State should come out in their numbers to welcome the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar and his Recovery Nigerian Team to the PDP Presidential Campaign Rally on Saturday, February 11th, 2023 at The UmuahiaTownship Stadium.”
On his part, Chief Charles Ogbonnaya, also charged PDP faithfuls and leaders during the meeting with all the LGA Chairmen, Atiku/Okowa LGA Coordinators, Members of the PCC State and National, state youth and women leader, Leaders of Hausa community Aba and Umuahia, Representatives of Atiku Approved Pro Groups, Representatives of the physically challenged and other important PDP Stakeholders in the state.
He said that every PDP member should be present at the rally on Saturday to show love and solidarity to the Presidential Candidate and his running mate.
Also speaking, The state PDP Chairman, Chief Asiforo Okere appealed to PDP family in Abia to come out on time, especially the youths and women to welcome the august visitors.
Elder Sam Ohuabunwa, Chief Emeh Okoro and other party leaders implored party faithfuls to campaign, “support Atiku for the good of Abia and Nde Igbo,” the duo said in the separate remarks.
Also, the Deputy Governor of the state who doubles as the State PCC Chairman, RT Hon Ude Okochukwu, urged the Abia PDP family to support and vote for Atiku, as he is the only hope to rescue Nigeria for now.
