2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CRISES IN NIGERIA: WHY THE DECLARATION OF INEC REMAINS ILLEGAL AND REJECTED
By continuing to collate fraudulently acquired, gathered and transmitted results of the most peaceable Election in the history of Nigeria, massively undertaken by our people, on February 25, 2023, INEC, the government of President Muhammadu Buhari, PMB, and the APC, committed unforgivable eternal electoral crimes. In spite of my proposal of February 28, 2023, to Government, of the solution to the 2023 Presidential election crises, which included the IMMEDIATE indefinite suspension of INEC officials, Mahmoud Yakubu, and Festus Okoye, whose fingers were clearly soiled and mired in collusion, bribery, receipt of illegal gifts, huge amounts of illicit monies, and conspiracy to defraud, the electorate, the Government of PMB authorized the declaration of illegal final results. Rather than act to stop the continuation of the fraud, the continued perpetration of the election crimes has now pitted NIGERIA in a constitutional and political crises of unimaginable proportions, the extent of which cannot be determined by anyone.
The consequences of the continuation of the 2023 Presidential election declarations, has more deeply divided our country, than provide immediate Pyrrhic victories to those who believe that their personal ambitions, group, religious and ethnic agenda, is superior to the genuine desires of honest Nigerians to live in peace and develop in prosperity, a nation that will find its true standing in the comity of the humane nations of the world. By the bypass of the legal statutes and Law of 2022, in NIGERIA, and in discarding honest precepts of leadership and governance, the end of the tenure of PMB as President of NIGERIA, will be tainted by shame, ignominy and disgrace: history will be most unkind to him. The beneficence to him and trust of the Nigerian electorate which began in 2015, extended in 2019, yet corrupted by economic, ethnic and political policies that now has culminated in brazen Presidential electoral fraud, will be REJECTED and disgracefully replaced at the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
DEPTH AND EXTENT OF CORRUPTION/BRIBERY
The tragedy of Nigeria and the INEC of Mahmood Yakubu/Festus Okoye, will be boldly and inexorably, stage by stage, chapter by chapter, transactions by transactions, be exposed by the youths of our nation, who must inherit and are entitled to a greater NIGERIA. The economic and electoral crimes committed by this small elite, will be visited by the ferocious honesty and desire for that which is clean and glorious. Mahmoud Yakubu, et al, without compulsion promised Nigerians who had been victims of the dehumanizing ethnic, religious, economic and clannish policies of PMB, became sworn, to reclaim the country and government. PMB was welcomed in 2015, and made President as “Sai Baba”, and with ignominy he gradually reduced NIGERIA to a country of majority serfs, very poor, destitute, degenerate and cursed people: national crimes, of kidnapping for ransom, sale of butchered human victims, decimation of innocent rural communities, conversion of non Muslims to Islam under threat of death, decapitation, enslavement and forced marriage/impregnating of youthful Christian females, raids of Schools, Universities , trains, buses, capture, extortion and detention of Nigerians for months-years, crimes never before known in NIGERIA: in spite of promise to fight corruption, government officials under PMB’s supervision have become accused, mired and found guilty of/in high corruption, bribery and theft of public funds of shocking unquantifiable dimensions: hatred between ethnic and religious groups, deceptions, nepotism, cronyism and outright policies of hardships, wickedness, (eg, Naira redesign, when they joined in buying delegates at their 2022 Abuja Conventions); hopelessness, denigration and consignment of groups, as dots, unworthy and unmerited of rights of leadership, or claims of belonging to a class of the meritorious. In the near 8-years of PMB’s Administration, Nigerians have received pleas of forgiveness, from him and members of his Family no less than 2 times; yet the worst never seems to stop or be stopped. Parts of the country have been cut off by religious and ethnic wars, in Borno, Kebbi, Yobe, Niger, Zamfara, Katsina, Benue, Plateau States….Ideato, Njaba, Orlu, Lilu, Okigwe, Osumenyi, Enugu….have all become fields of massacres and slaughter, that are infested at night, where even trained, armed professional soldiers refuse to go to or be deplored: stealing of billions of Treasury monies by senior civil servants, theft of oil and gas in the Niger Delta, Forcados, Bights of Benin & Biafra, in the high seas….economy randomly ravaged by inflation of 1,200% since 2015 and rising, Naira devaluation is scheduled by Banks/CBN for every 7-8 months, rate of Forex Exchange from N325.00 to N750.00 in 8-years; daily national Electricity generation is still below 2,000 Megawatts and no new electricity generation plants were added in 8-years, in spite of new promises/millions of Dollars expended; public Universities shut down for 8-months in Year 2022, 3rd Mainland Bridge Lagos where economically depraved/psychologically depressed citizens suicidally jump from into the Lagos Lagoon. Litany of woes, hardships and suffering, yet both INEC and PMB’s Government believe that Nigerians will vote for the APC in droves during the 2023 General elections: they really believe that Nigerians are ALL fools?
UK & USA ENDORSE RIGGED CORRUPT 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN NIGERIA
If the US, and the West rejected the annexation of Crimea (and later elections) by Russia in 2014, continue to reject the sham elections in East Ukraine and new annexation of those regions by Russia in 2022, why will USA-UK-EU recognize the corrupt and rigged elections in NIGERIA on February 25, 2023? The evidence by way of irrefutable data, of transfer of massive funds to foreign bank accounts of INEC officials, revealed by Nigeria youths, (all facts, available to Treasuries in the West), is not enough to deny recognition of the announced results in Nigeria’s 2023 Presidential election, what will? What other factors would? Laws abound in these countries against corrupt election malpractices, and violence, money laundering and illicit transactions that are now circulating, in NIGERIA, without refutation by the named individuals, organs, mandated prosecutors etc. When or if Nigerians emigrate in droves, through the Sahara desert -Mediterranean Sea, to Europe, Central America-Mexico to USA, perpetrate fraudulent acts to earn livings within and outside Nigeria, is it not apparent that unless good governance, standards, practices and institutions are supported and sustained in Nigeria, the levels of these malfeasance will continue? Do these Western countries permit the brazen committing of such electoral acts, or persist on them, and their accusers/traducers get requested by Government to go to Court, prior the illegality is stopped? The answer is No! Such crimes are stopped, officials suspended, before the patient continuation of the electoral process. The truth, in NIGERIA, will be out!
MARCH 11, 2023: THE FUTURE OF NIGERIA
In the statement I issued on February 28, 2023, I raised the 1933-1935 history of Taiwan, the corrupt Kuomintang and the Peoples Republic of China: corruption destroys a country, and the government of such a country cannot survive! Nigerians cannot reward electoral criminality by voting for known law-breakers and proven crooks: the Governorship and State Assembly elections on March 11, 2023, is the organic and divine provision to prove to the world that the Presidential election of February 25, 2023, was fraudulently awarded, will be proven, and punished by the voting for only incorruptible Candidates on March 11, 2023: there shall be no reward for those whose political parties violate Zoning and Rotation in their Party Constitutions, (especially those who joined in Asaba, in stating that the 2023 President must come from the South, and later repudiated themselves, as well as those who denigrate equity and fairness in Nigeria but wish to control political power, oil/gas monies), such as all those in the PDP and the APC, who divide NIGERIA through the 2022-2023 Presidential delegates buying, February 25, 2023 Presidential election fraud, rigging, concertation based on ethnic-religious-nepotistic domination, while pretending to be honest: there must be MORALITY in governance, and politics in NIGERIA. Otherwise, the country will disintegrate, our people and youths will be killed by our soldiers who should protect us: we must vote them out, on March 11, 2023, remain at the polling booths, to have the counted votes uploaded only through BVAS, to the State INEC, prior the collation and declaration of winners. This time, Nigerians must remain on ground and insist on the 2022 Electoral Law being complied with by INEC. Vote only for the clean and upright Candidates, vote out all the corrupt of the APC, and PDP: we know them, and will not permit them to DESTROY NIGERIA. We must publicly condemn them, including their supporters outside NIGERIA.
GOVERNMENT OF PMB
On February 28, 2023, I as Leader of NACOPPIN counseled and proposed the IMMEDIATE indefinite suspension of Mahmoud Yakubu, and Festus Okoye, for electoral fraud and national deception: now we include against them, bribery, receipt of illicit and inappropriate gifts from Presidential Candidates/Parties, and detailed evidence will be presented through, as the saga persists, to the Supreme Court of NIGERIA); refusal to comply with extant Law, regulations etc: the duo MUST now be replaced by appointing in the interim, two active, healthy, incorruptible retired Justices, from Federal or State Judiciary, to correct anomalies and conclude the 2023 General Elections (Nigerians know such Judges, female/male). Much more work is still outstanding, to unite ALL NIGERIANS, at this time, cohere the country and prosper our nation; to delude that this SMOKE will blow off is a malfeasance, again, against Nigerians: continued delay and intransigence on your part, further divides, inflames and will lead to the nation’s probable disintegration, which HISTORY will hold against you. Again, a stitch in time, saves nine!
