Gombe Govt sympathises with Auwal, Governor’s aide over fire mishap
Gombe State Government has sympathised with the Special Assistant to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, on Photography, Muhammad Auwal Isah, over fire incident that razed his entire family residence.
The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, led some top government functionaries to Buba- Shongo residence of Muhammad Auwal Isah, completely razed down in a night fire incident.
Sympathising with the Governor’s aide, Njodi said Governor Yahaya, was indeed deeply touched over the incident encouraging him and the family to take it as Allah ordained.
In his brief response, Isah, appreciated the State Government for sending a powerful delegation to identify with them in their moment of distress praying Allah to reward him and his administration.
Special prayers were offered for Allah’s intervention and prevention of future occurence.
It could be recalled that the fire incident which resulted from electricity power upsurge around 12:30am on Thursday 23rd March 2023 lasted to 7:30am in the morning. However, it was put out through combined efforts of the State and Federal fire services, no life was lost in the incident.
The SSG was accompanied on the sympathy visit by Directors in his office.
