Gombe SSG hails Gov Yahaya on his successful re-election bid
The Secretary to Gombe State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, has joined the good people of the State, in congratulating Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, over his overwhelming victory at the recently concluded Governorship and State Houses of Assembly Elections.
Njodi in a statement made available to newsmen by the Information Officer SSG’s office Joshua Danmalam, described Governor Yahaya’s re-election for a second term in office as well deserved and a payback of his excellent service delivery to the people of the State.
“Sir, your re-election by the people of Gombe state is a clear demonstration of the people’s confidence in your capacity and competence to deliver on your campaign promises which was conspicuously characterised by massive investment in social economic and infrastructural development,” he said.
The SSG commended the steadfastness of the people of the State for overwhelmingly voting the All Progressive Congress APC to lead the State in the next four years.
He noted that the re-election of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya is a wise decision taken by the majority of voters to further the development of the State.
Meanwhile, friends and well wishers are trooping the residence of the Chief Scribe Professor Njodi to rejoice with the Government of Gombe State over the Governor’s re-election.
