**Ensure that everyone living in Abia State no matter their social or Economic status gets access to quality healthcare when to they need it. In addition to adequately retrofitting existing healthcare centers in the rural areas, establish State of the art, well-equipped modern tertiary healthcare facilities in an identified medical village in the State.
