Ramadan: Sarkin Shanu Proposed Orphanage Underway

Alhaji Abubakar Muhammad Bello, has commenced the construction and development of an in-house orphanage in Dadinkowa, Yamaltu/Deba Local Government Area of Gombe State.
The home will host intakes every month of Ramadan providing them with free learning and teaching of the Holy Qur’an, and Hadith, among other Islamic books.
It will also cover their feeding, accommodation, upkeep and all the necessities during their stay in the orphanage and also provide them with Eid Cloth and Sallah tokens upon completion of Ramadan.
Bello, said his idea was motivated by his humanitarian desire to help the needy adding that the motive was to ensure all that’s budgeted for the orphans is delivered hand-to-hand.
Bello noted the need for wealthy individuals to help the needy, especially in this blessed Month of Ramadan when all the good deeds would be doubled.
Bello said, “Our effort was derived from our motive to give back to the community by ensuring access to education, Basic health care and skills to youth and women for self-dependency.”
