SWOFON Mourns Gombe Agriculture PS, Dr Molta

The Small Scale Women Farmers Organisation in Nigeria, Gombe State Chapter on Wednesday mourned Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Dr Danladi Molta.
According to a press statement signed by SWOFON Gombe State Chairperson, Arudia Mamman, which was made available to PERISCOPE NIGERIA by Ballin James, Programme Officer, Hope Foundation for the Lonely, the deceased PS would be missed.
SWOFON’s statement described late Molta as a great ally and pillar of support for women farmers in the state.
Our correspondent reports that the deceased Permanent Secretary was a trained Veterinary Doctor, and renowned expert in Agriculture with penchant for development towards realising Sustainable Development Goals through women.
“With sadness in our hearts but gratitude to God, we received the sad news of the demise of our ally and great supporter of SWOFON, the Permanent Secretary of Gombe State Ministry of Agriculture and Animal husbandry, Dr. Danladi Molta,” the statement added.
Such is life hes gone when hes needed most .
The entire state have a gentle soul.
