READ THE BOOK OF ABIA, CHAPTER 1:VERSES 1- 20
GOSPEL OF CHUKWU-CRACY AS CONTAINED IN THE BOOK OF ABIA WRITTEN BY INSPIRATION
1. And it so happened in the land of Abia, a State given beautiful appellation of God’s Own State, in the Nation of Nigeria, within the Region of the South East. The People of Abia lived in great Political Bondage in the hands of successive Governments, and became an object of mockery all over the Country, due to ignorance of the Power inherent in the People over Government.
2. It all began in the year 1999, when the Nation of Nigeria returned to Democratic Governance, after prolonged dictatorial rule of the Military. Then the Lord gave Abia a Governor named Orji the son of Uzor in the lineage of Mazi Kalu from the clan of Igbere, and Orji Kalu began well as a Governor in the sight of the Lord, massively constructing roads across the length and breath of Abia, thus the ruler of Nigeria, Gen. Olusegun Obansanjo came down to Abia from the province of Abuja and named him the Action Governor of Nigeria.
3 However, in the course of the Administration of Orji Uzoh Kalu, his mother Eunice, popularly known as Odiukonamba, became over ambitious and over bearing upon the People of Abia, and took authority unto herself over her son, and established a new order of Government, never heard of in the Politics of Nigeria, known as Mama-cracy, translated to mean the Dictatorship Government of Mother-Governor.
4. She enthroned herself above her son and the People of Abia, was called “Mother Excellency” by the all People. Odiukonaba imposed herself over every aspect of governance in the State of Abia, and ensured the wife of the Action Governor was reduced to nothing and the Office of First Lady of the State became useless in the sight of the People of Abia, and there was no decision taken or any thing done in the land except by the approval of Mother Excellency. Her praises was continually in the mouth of the People all over, to the four corners of the land.
4. In the second term of the reign of Orji Uzoh Kalu, in the months towards the 2007 General Elections in Nigerìa, he too became over ambitious, eyeing the exalted Seat of the President of Nigeria. Meanwhile President Obasanjo, that gave him the nickname of Action Governor, was himself scheming to manipulate the Constitution of Nigeria to seek a Third Term in Office, against the collective will of the People of the Country and purpose of God Almighty. It then came to pass that a cold war broke out between Orji Uzor Kalu and President Obasanjo.
5. And President Obasanjo fought hard using all federal might available to him, desiring to crush Gov. Kalu to dust of the earth and blown away like chaff by the wind, but the Action Governor deployed all the political sagacity and wizardry he was known for in order to overcome the onslaught of Obasanjo. Orji Uzor Kalu survived the boisterous wind of the time, to the amazement of all Nigerians. This protracted battle cost the People of Abian to lose the dividends of Democracy, while the reign of Mama-Cracy continued to waste the Commonwealth of the land.
6. It was so that Orji Uzor Kalu had a very faithful Chief of Staff whose name was Theodore, the Son of Ahamefule, the son of Orji from the clan of Ibeku in the city of Umuahia. Like the story of Pharoah and Joseph in the land of Egypt, T.A. Orji found great favour in the sight of Gov. Orji Uzor Kalu, and there was nothing he owned that was not in the knowledge and custody of T.A Orji, apart from his wife Ifeoma, a beautiful damsel to behold, whom the mother of the Governor had suppressed and pushed into oblivion.
7. The Resources of Abia was then plundered and diverted to political battles and the obsession for national relevance by Gov. Orji Uzor Kalu and his mother,with the unflinching technocratic support and coverage of T.A Orji, his faithful and loyal Chief of Staff. However, President Obasanjo with the intention to stop the fast rising national strength and growing fame of Gov. Kalu, unleashed the Anti-corruption Agencies of his Federal Government on Gov. Kalu, instituting a case against Abia that landed T.A Orji in prison custody in Kirikiri Lagos. Orji Kalu was then protected by constitutional immunity.
8. In the face of all these Orji Uzor Kalu remained undaunted and imposed T.A Orji as the Flag bearer for the Governorship Election of 2007 in Abia, campaigning vigorously for T.A Orji, and winning the Governorship Election for T.A Orji while in Kirikiri Prison Lagos. Again deploying his political wizardry, Gov. Kalu supported by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Governor of Lagos State at the time, prevailed in bringing T.A. Orji out of prison and hurriedly swore him in as Governor of Abia State before the official May 29 handover date, to the shock and displeasure of President Obasanjo. The Economy of Abia became highly depleted and most of the roads and development witnessed in the first tenure of Orji Uzor Kalu almost vanished away.

9. T.A. Orji resumed Office as the Governor of Abia State and swung to work with full zeal to change the story of Abia State. However, the overbearing influence of Mama-Cracy was still very much present in the Government. T.A. Orji tried to navigate between serving the People and pleasing his godfather, under the influence of Mother Excellency, all to no avail. Later on, conflict broke out between the Office of the new First Lady, Mercy Odochi Orji and the existing Office of Mother Excellency, Odiukonaba. This led to total collapse of relationship between Gov. T.A. Orji and his godfather, Orji Uzoh Kalu.
10. Gov. T.A. Orji emboldened by his wife and son, Engr. Chinedu Orji went on to dismantled every political structure raise by the Government of Orji Uzor Kalu and took over control of the politics of Abia State and became popularly known as Ochendo (The Shelter). He even secretly ensured Orji Uzor Kalu also landed in Kiririkiri prison too. However, Gov. T.A. Orji’s Administration became engulfed in too many political battles, thus wasting much of Abia Resources and commonwealth fighting his godfather and protecting his new political dynasty, while the People of God’s Own State and the land of Abia suffered underdevelopment at alarming proportion.
11. The son of T.A. Orji became so powerful that he was like the de facto Deputy Governor of the State. Having dismantled Mama-Cracy he then transformed the Government of the State to Nwa-Cracy translated to mean Dictatorship of the Son-Governor. All Commissioners and apparatus of Government were placed at the command of the Son of Gov. T.A. Orji, who had become popularly known and called “Ikuku Abia” (The Wind of Abia).
12. In the year 2015, in the second Month of the year, a Governorship Election was held in Abia to find replacement for Gov. T.A. Orji. Two major contenders were in the race; One was Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu of the PDP, rumoured to have been imposed on Gov. T.A. Orji by his son, Engr. Chinedu Orji, the other was Dr. Alex the son of Mazi Otti, Dr. Alex Otti ran on the platform of APGA. The Election was tight as the People of Abia sought Liberation from the claws of Political Godfatherism and protracted political war between Godfather and God-son, which had brought the State Economy to its knees. After voting at the Governorship Election, collation began at the INEC State Collation Centre in Umuahia the State Capital. The result at a stage showed Dr. Alex Otti in clear lead remaining just one LGA being Obingwa, where Dr. Ikpeazu hailed from. Gov. T.A Orji was alleged to have stormed the Collation Centre and influenced the manipulations of the figures from Obingwa and use of the mutilated result from Obingwa to upturn the apparent victory of Dr. Alex Otti. Thus Dr. Ikpeazu was declared Governor-Elect by INEC instead the true winner Dr. Alex Otti.
12. In the fifth month of same year, the twentyninth day of the month, Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu was sworn in as next Governor of Abia State, with Ikuku Abia, son of Gov. T.A Orji emerging as member of State House of Assembly to checkmate the new Governor, and Gov. T.A Orji himself moved to Abuja as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nwa-cracy then flourished further in God’s Own State, with Gov. Ikpeazu as a mere figure head while actual governance was conducted by the son of the Former Governor. In the Second Term of Gov. Ikpeazu, the son of Gov. T.A. Orji stepped up as the Speaker of the Abia House of Assembly, thus making the case too bad for Gov. Ikpeazu to fight down or uproot Nwa-Cracy from Abia State.
13. Abia State then fell deeper into the pit of underdevelopment, under a Government that can be described as Ikwuazu-Cracy; Government of total Backwardness. The situation was so bad that Abakiliki, the Capital of Ebonyi State, that was birthed by Abia, and was like a laughing stock in Nigeria, being mocked as ‘the Dust of the Nation” suddenly overtook Abia State in Development on all fronts. IKWUAZU-CRACY of Gov. Ikpeazu debased Abia to a status of political irrelevance both in the Region and Nation. Gov. Ikpeazu later decided to fight out Nwa-Cracy from God’s Own State, hence, cold war ensued between Nwa-Cracy and Ikwuazu-Cracy, but it was too late for him, and he went down records of National History as the worst performing Governor in Nigeria for that dispensation, and Nwa-Cracy and Ikwuazu-Cracy co-habited Abia State till the end.
14. It came to pass that in the year 2023, the People of Abia, the God’s Own State of Africa, rose up in anger and indignation, and cried out to the Lord God Almighty saying ^Oh Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to thee belongeth all powers and majesty; Thou delivered Isreal from the mighty hands of Pharaoh in the land of captivity. Thou art same God of whom Abia is called after thy Holy Name, we thy children humbleth ourselves before thine presence this day, and beseech thee to have mercy and show thine good countenance upon the land of Abia and we thine children, and deliver us from all these calamity and cankerworms that have eaten up the commonwealth of thine People”
15. And the Lord answered thus “Oh my beloved People of Abia, a People I have blessed with the spirit of enterprise and godliness. Have I not blessed thee with Aba the Enyimba City of Africa? Have I not raised for thee great sons and daughters to govern the land and create wealth for the entire nation and Africa? What is that which thou holdeth in thine hands? Is that not your PVCs, my great weapon which I giveth thee to enthrone and dethrone Governments at your will? Why troubleth me with thine endless lamentations? Arise now, go forth and cast thine votes at the Polls, and stay thee put until thine votes are counted and uploaded on the BVAS, which is my machine of political miracles, and monitor same to the points of collation and announcements. Lo I thine Lord will then show forth in power and glory to see thee free from the Bondage of Bad Governance and give unto thee the Governor thy desireth, whom is after my own heart”.
16. And the People of Abia, the God’s Own State, trooped out enmasse on the Third Month of the Year, on the Eighteenth day of the Month, and cast their votes for Dr. Alex Otti, who had moved over to the Labour Party, the Party of the Family and People. They stood in one accord, under the heat of the sun and bashing of the rain to vote, some waited till midnight to vote, some slept at Polling Stations till early hours of the morning before they could vote. Some were beaten and injured by thugs of the ruling Party PDP, yet they all remained resolute and protected their votes till the end. Then it happened again, that this time, Gov. Ikpeazu, who had earlier lost his senatorial bid to represent Abia South at the Red Chambers of Nigeria Senate, with his PDP cohorts, sought to upturn the mandate of the People of Abia, as was done in the year 2015, with same Obingwa LGA again as the weapon of mass destruction.
17. However, this time around, the Lord God Almighty had raised a virtuous and godly woman after His own heart, by the name Prof. Nnenna from Afikpo North of Ebonyi State, married to one great man Nnennaya Oti, is the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo State, and was appointed as the Returning Officer of Abia State in the Election. She, being full of the Holy Spirit of God, stood her ground, in the Power of the Almighty, and spoke the truth in the fear of the Lord and declared the mandate of the People, to the Glory of God, thus pronouncing Dr. Alex Otti as Governor-Elect of Abia, the God’s Own State, before the very eyes of the People , and to the hearing of all at the Collation Centre after day of struggle, threats, intimidation and unimaginable inducement to compromise, which she vehemently defied and turned down. The entire State of Abia broke forth into unprecedented joy at the hearing of the good news of the emergence of Dr. Alex Otti as Governor-Elect, and the People of Abia in turn pronounced Prof. Mrs. Nnenna Oti as the Heroine of Democracy in Abia State and the Government immortalised her name strategically in the State and passed a Law in her favour in the State House of Assembly.. The two progenitors of Nwa-Cracy and Ikwuazu-Cracy both lost Elections to Federal House of Representatives and the Senate respectively, thereby sending them into political oblivion.
18. Thus began the journey of Good Governance in Abia State after over two decades of Backwardness. After these things, I heard same voice saying “Oscar, Oscar, Oscar, the Rising-Son, declare ye to the new Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti that his Government shall be known as CHUKWU-CRACY, translated as Government under total control by God. Arise, make a video and send to the People of Abia and Dr. Otti, the Governor-Elect, warning him of the consequences of running a Government short of Chukwu-Cracy, based on rhe Word of God and collective will of the People, He shall end up in total disaster and irreparable shame, if he abandons Chukwu-Cracy. However, if he sticks to Chukwu-Cracy, he shall enjoy unspeakable Developments and global glory during his Administration in God’s Own State.
19. I equally heard the voice say “warn the People of Abia to give maximum cooperation to the Government of Dr. Alex Otti, irrespective of Political Party or Communal Differences, Let them see him as a Moses and Shepherd sent by the Lord to Libarate the Land. However, let them never be afraid to confront or protest, if he ever deviated from the will of the People and Word of God. This is the Dawn of a New Era, a Dispensation of Chukwu-Cracy in God’s Own State”
20. All these came as I was fast asleep on my mat in a ghetto village within the Province of Abuja, the Capital City of Nigeria, and I had a vision in the mid hours of the day with my head upon the mat on the bare floor of my hut. A voice then spoke to me saying “Oh Rising-Son of Africa, arise, take up your pen and write the abridge history of Democracy in Abia for the People to know from generations to generations, so they may understand all that was done in the land by successive Governments, and as a warning to the incoming Administration and future Governments coming afterwards.
And I, Mazi Oscar David Kalu, the Rising-Son, arose, took my pen and wrote down all that came to my mind, and I made a video message titled Chukwu-Cracy, and sent it through the four winds of the earth and by Social Media to the People of Abia State and Dr. Alex Otti.
