Change of guard: In defence of Rmosa’s reinvention in Nigeria in particular and Africa in general

Even though, there were many theories and their applications within the field of security studies. But I strongly believe that solving the problems of insecurity and reinsecurity is not about replacement of old service security chiefs (OSSC) with new service security chiefs (NSSC). The best suited way to solve the problems of insecurity and reinsecurity is about swapping from Conservative and Liberal Oriented Security Approaches (CLOSA) to Radical and Marxist Oriented Security Approaches (RMOSA).
However, in the absence of RMOSA,no any country in the world that can effectively and sufficiently address the problems of insecurity and reinsecurity of its country.
Imagine, American had succeeded in defeating international terrorism through people oriented security approaches which were borrowed from radical and marxist oriented security approaches not conservative, liberal and functionalist oriented security measures. In summary, for America to win its war against international terror attacks through eliminated Osama bin laden she had to swap from CLOSA to RMOSA.
Virtually all Americans had been inspired by the governments of their country to be hostile to terrorism and terrorists through patriotism. In addition, little resources of its country were spent on the war against international terrorism. While, alot of security strategies, techniques and methodologies were used by them against international terror infiltrators to the extent that the so~called international terror infiltrators were defeated by America and its citizens.
