The former Secretary to Gombe State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, has on Sunday visited Lawiltiu in Billiri Local Government Area, to condole the Ward Chairman of APC, Billiri North, Abdullahi Ali, over the loss of his wife, Ladi Abdullahi who passed on at the age of 72 after a protracted illness.

Njoji who expressed sadness over the death of the deceased, prayed him and members of his immediate family to bear the loss and accept the incident as the will of God on all humans created by the Almighty God.

He said, “though it is painful to depart with a soulmate and a mother, I urged you to bear and accept the irreplaceable loss with gratitude.”

The immediate past SSG also conveyed Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s deepest sympathy to the Abdullahi’s family and the entire people of Billiri LGA, praying to God to accept the deceased in paradise.

Reacting on behalf of the deceased family, Mr Gedion Akwara, appreciated Governor Yahaya and the former SSG for identifying with them in their moment of bereavement, noting that “the family will never take for granted, the concern and the show of love accorded them, wishing them God’s blessings in all their endeavours,” Akwara said.
