Ex-Arsenal star Kanu now Chairman of Enyimba FC
Football legend Kanu Nwankwo, has been announced as the new Chairman/Sole Administrator of Enyimba Football Club of Aba.
Nwankwo is expected to replace Felix Anyasi, the erstwhile boss of the busy club.
Many residents of Aba, were thrown into jubilation when the news broke that the legend has been appointed to take the club to enviable position.
Some expressed disappointment that the erstwhile administrations didn’t see the need to appoint Nwankwo after many years, adding that the Club has been battling relevance for lack of proper management.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that Nwankwo is expected to bring to bear his international connections towards developing the Club to an A-list in the nearest future.
