Gombe United FC to acquire former El-Kanemi Technical Adviser
After resigning as the Technical Adviser of the Maiduguri-based El-Kanemi Warriors, reliable sources have revealed that Hamza Abarah, is set to join Gombe United Football Club.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that this move by Management of Gombe United FC is sequel to recent failure by the erstwhile Technical Adviser Aliyu Zubairu, to renew his contract.
Following Abarah’s spell as the T.A of El-Kanemi Warriors, the Management of Gombe United is currently in negotiations with the Minna-born Abarah.
Meanwhile, a source at Gombe United has stated that it would be a great opportunity to have Abarah as T.A due to his coaching experiences in the past few years. He added that Abarah is one of the few technical advisers in the Nigerian league a club would love to have.
It would be recalled that Abarah has had
successful coaching careers with Sokoto United, Niger Tornadoes FC, Enyimba, Plateau United FC, El-Kanemi Warriors and others.
