Dankwambo condoles Gombe Emirate Council over Senior District Head’s passage

The former Governor of Gombe State, who is also a serving Senator, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwanbo, has condoled the Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III and emirate council over the death of Yariman Gombe, the Senior District Head Alhaji Abdulkadir Abubakar Umar.
In a condolence letter to the revered monarch on Wednesday, Dankwambo expressed heavy heart and profound sadness upon the news of the demise of the iconic traditional leader Yariman Gombe, Alhaji Umar.
Dankwambo’s message partly said, “Yariman Gombe was a remarkable individual who dedicated his life to the service of his people and the development of Gombe State. His unwavering commitment to the betterment of the society and his numerous contributions in various spheres of life will always be cherished and remembered.
“During his lifetime, Yariman Gombe demonstrated an exceptional level of leadership and selflessness. His exemplary character, wisdom, and integrity made him a role model for us. His passion for educational advancement and his immense contributions to the promotion of education in Gombe State will forever be etched in our memories.”
The senator representing Gombe North disclosed that Yariman’s passage would be felt, following his numerous contributions to Gombe development.
“Yariman Gombe’s demise is an irreplaceable loss not only to his family but also to the entire Gombe Emirate. His absence will be deeply felt by all those who had the privilege of knowing him. We can only find solace in the knowledge that In Sha Allah his legacy will continue to inspire and guide us as we strive to build upon the foundations he laid.
” In this time of grief, I offer my sincere condolences to Your Royal Highness, the immediate family of Yariman Gombe, the Gombe Emirate Council, and the good people of Gombe State. May the Almighty Allah grant you all the strength and fortitude to bear this loss. May He also grant the departed soul eternal rest and admit him into Al-Jannah Firdaus,” Dankwambo added.
He assured the emirate and the Emir of Gombe of his continued regards, adding that they should accept his deepest condolences on the immense loss.
