The attainment of organisation goal and objectives depends on how they are communicated to their subordinate by the management of the organisation. Organisational communication is considered as an important tool for the performance of the organisation communication and organisation are
inseparable because the daily interaction by management and members of the organisation are transmitted through a well established means of effective communication , this means that the efficient performance of organisation and its sustainability will be determined by the competence of the management and supervisors that communicate rattenly with the employees towards the attainment of the objectives of the organisation.
As communication is the means through which messages information, policies are passed within and outside organisation, it can either be through a top down or down up technique.
Communication can be beneficial when it can improve growth wealth of an organisation and can be understood clearly by the receivers of the information passed “communication has widely been
accepted as the life blood of an organisation because communication is needed for exchanging information, making plans, exchanging opinions, communicating proposals reaching agreement and executing decisions reached.
Communication is the means through which management inform employees about their goals and objectives and to motivate them towards the actualisation organisation vision and mission the crucial role that communication plays is that it relies on secondary sources to collect it data from and this helps in facilitating better understanding among employees and organisational
performance.
However, bearing in mind the essential roles communication plays in organization, this cast its major objectives to examine communication as an effective for the performance of organisation. It can be used to translate commands, ideas, into oral and written to ensure transfer ideas by the communicator to the recepemt react in manner that is expected by the communication. Communication require a skill that will ensure that communication intended is distorted at any point before reaching the target audience. Communication between organistion and employees is very fundamental because it helps Inform the employees in the organisation to be kept abreast of what is going on which in turn helps in realising the organisation goal and objectives.
Effective communication can be carried out through the following method;
.The communication should be concise and the precise content of the message should be conveyed.
.The perspective capability of the initiator and the recipient of the message transmitted.
. They Avoid ambiguous words
. The message or information shared should be purported goal directive.The communication in organisation ascertain that certain channels are utilised for effective information to be easily shared, the channels may be deliberately designed so they can evolve in their own.
