NYG23: Another medal for team Nasarawa in Asaba
Charity Isaac, has increased Team Nasarawa’s medal haul after settling for a Bronze Medal in the 42kg Wrestling Girls’ Category.
She had earlier recorded victories against her opponents from Ebonyi, Rivers and Edo States separately before losing out to her Ogun State counterpart.
This brings to five(5) the total number of medals so far won by Team Nasarawa at the ongoing 7th edition of the National Youth Games holding in Asaba, Delta State.
The other medals came through Taekwondo (Silver), Golf(Bronze), Judo(Bronze) and Karate(Bronze).
The National Youth Games will climax on Saturday, 30th September, 2023.
