The Lagos State Government says no fewer than 340 cases are reported against women unleashing assault on their husbands in the last one year.
Reports have it that the women are angling to ensure that their husbands are brought to submission.
According to the Executive Secretary, Lagos Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, there have been a spike in cases recorded so far.
She said incidence of reporting of domestic violence from male increased during the last one year.
Vivour-Adeniyi disclosed that 340 male reported incidences of domestic violence perpetrated against them by their wives between September 2022 and July 2023.
