Today is a very big milestone in my Emir’s life. And i am absolutely sure that by the grace of Allah he will live to see many many milestones in the future.
He will continue to celebrate numerous decades to come in sound health and wealth.

I thank Allah Almighty for preserving your life to this stage and beyond, you have been an exemplary leader.
A leader who answers the cries of his children.
A leader who carries his youths along and side by side, they are always beside him.
A leader who wipes the tears of his widows.
You are indeed a leader whom is worthy of emulations in all aspects of life.
Your qualities are numerous to mention, the most of your attribute for me that has always made wave in the entire arewa social media community is your empathy, kindness, sound character and an articulated sense of judgement and reasoning. We see you on a daily basis.
Wherever Gombe is mentioned, arewa beats the drums of Lamido, an Emir who has taken it upon himself to make the life of his people better.
Once upon a time, I witnessed some kind of celebrations on the streets of Gombe, then i was coming back from Kaduna late in the evening. Suddenly, I saw an entourage of youths on their bikes, in their cars.
When i approached closer that was when i saw the Emir’s guards and i heard the sound of the convoy, at first one could never tell who was coming, this is as a result of the genuine love the youths of Gombe have for the emir. They go in convoy to escort him back home from the airport.
Some time ago, when i was in Kaduna, we were having a conversation with some guys so they asked where i come from and i said gombe, one of them had to shake me twice because of our cultural display at the dubar in Kaduna, he said he has never seen an emir that pulled out that elegant crowd with well fed horses and an amazing entourage with different kinds of display. While the emir was humbly dress in white Gare and Turban.
His style of fashion has made its mark amongs our arewa counterparts, Lamdo of his people.
I want to take this medium to thank you for all you do for us. The people of Gombe are proud and happy to call you their king.
Long may you reign. I wish you more life in good health and wealth Lamdo (GIWA).
