The Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lobi Stars Football Club, Dominic Iorfa, has on behalf of management, staff and players condoled Kano Pillars Football Club over the death of their Welfare Officer, Malam Salisu Yaro.
Yaro died in the early hours of Monday after a protracted illness.
The VC in a condolence message described Mallam Salisu, who is the longest serving Welfare Officer as a “competent and dependable staff who has delivered on assignments with dedication and honesty,” Iorfa’s statement partly read.
He prayed God to grant Yaro eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
