As another year begins, let’s reflect on optimising our time. With 168 hours in a week, consider allocating:
• 40 hours for work/school
• 20 hours for self-care (prayer, exercise, meditation, relaxation)
• 20 hours for personal development (reading, learning a new skill)
• 10 hours for socialising (friends, family, community)
• 10 hours for creative pursuits (hobbies, art, music)
• 8 hours for household tasks (cleaning, cooking, errands)
• 2 hours for planning and reflection
Remember to prioritise rest and flexibility, allowing for spontaneity and fun!
