The League of Entrepreneurs launched in 2022 with a vision to help women achieve their fullest potentials and better expand their sphere of influence in business calls for entries.

Their first meeting was called “Meet & Connect” which was held in Bauchi, was a gathering of vibrate entrepreneurs, the second integral meeting was held in Gombe.
The LOE has been an integral part of the Bauchi Trade Fair. The first event in Bauchi was in Feb”Investment Box” where the community took it upon itself the mandate to bring together collective ideas towards placing their goals on the right direction.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Balkisu Abubakar Sambo, revealed that LOE has been a medium which serves as a guiding compass for start ups, adding that has been the most challenging phase for beginners
“LOE advocates to firms, governments and Ministries Departments and Agencies on the benefits of Social Corporate Responsibilities that will continue to support grassroot and household communities which in turn will alleviate them from poverty,” Sambo said.
She also gave credit to her team for their serious commitment, relentless effort, adding that they have been zealous and courageous, “these led to the successes and achievements so far for the community to the point of extending into Gombe branch. With the goal to create a trade facilitation centre across northern states by the end of march 2024,” she added.
Some participants from the recent event revealed that the benefits of joining LOE is its support for female entrepreneurs through educational webinars, expert panels, trainings, businesses linkages, recruitment/ selections and networking events that culminate in the annual fast pitch event that are connected with a network of advisors, mentors and investors.

The LOE programmes Include Startup Fundamentals Webinars. Inviting experts in a variety of fields to give savvy advice on many topics, such as pitching, raising capital and more! Networking events opportunities to connect with other entrepreneurs, grow network, and hear expert advice from women leaders.
They also have a “Junior Judge Programme” to learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and investing through “Meet the CEO” events, workshops, and as well ” Venture capitalists for a day” at the LOE fast pitch event.
The Fellowship Programme’s main objective is to gain real-world experience through this introduction to entrepreneurship and investing, including conducting due diligence.
One could become a member by collecting his or her A3 form page, fill it in capital letters and attach a passport photograph to it.
Then submit to the LOE temporary office at No 8 lock of shops (Minal Learning Foundation) or Federal Low-cost Bauchi State.
