Following the devastating attacks that have led to the unfortunate and significant loss of more than 200 lives in the Local Government Areas of Bokkos, Mangu, and Barkin Ladi in Plateau State, President Bola Tinubu, has given approval for the prompt establishment of military barracks in Plateau State.
The Barracks will be situated in Miller Farm (Gada Biyu) Mbar District within the Bokkos LGA.
In order to address the security challenges in the region, President Tinubu has requested General Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defense Staff, to oversee the execution of this initiative effectively.
Recall that overtime there have been continued attacks leading to further loss of lives and property.
