Congratulations to our Digital Transformational Innovational visionary democratic and non-discriminatory leader Professor Umaru A. Pate, (Kaigamman Adamawa and Fuk 001) on your three years of massive development and achievements in office as the Vice Chancellor of Federal University of Kashere.
For the past three years Fuk has experience drastic changes/transformation in all aspect, (educationally, structurally and other wise).It has been years of blessings and hope for us the staff’s and students of Fuk.
Prof. Pate is a type of leader who doesn’t dwell on past glory/analog(he always want to create new innovations/digitalisation).
The type of leader that is access on yearly basis(annual appraisal),because Fuk experience great transformation and achievements every year.not to be access at end of his tenure.
Last year under the leadership of our amiable leader, FUK where able to achieved these:-
1.Build hostels for PG,under graduate and college of medical sciences students.
2.Build lectures rooms, auditorium and theatres.
3.Fencing and getting additional land for Fuk.
4.Fuk guest house Asokoro Abuja.
5.Singnig of MoU with national and international organizations.
- Accreditation for 43 courses.(waiting for NUC final approval ).
7.Solar at Radio Station and ICT.
8.Hazard allowance. - Renovation of old side up-stirs and lecture rooms at new side to modern buildings.
- Allowing staff’s to further their studies/education and gave scholarships to some staff’s and students.
11.Digitalizing student management system for results.ETC.
These and so many more where done last year.
Prof.Pate is indeed a blessing to Fuk, we are so privilege to him as our leader in these critical condition (Economic hardship)his tireless efforts home and abroad has brought massive development to Fuk,making it achieve it’s Mission and Vision statements.
In three years Prof. Pate has written his name with a golden/indelible pen in the history of Fuk forever because of his numerous achievement’s.
Prof.Pate has been a mentor,father and source of inspiration to us the younger generation for the past three years.
Let’s celebrate a legend.
