The Third Mainland Bridge will be fully open for traffic again starting on 4th April, 2024.
This was contained in a statement signed by Lagos Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, on the re-opening on Saturday.
While lauding residents for their cooperation as work proceeded, Osiyemi, wished them safer travels.
The statement partly read, “Dear Lagos residents, We’re pleased to share that the Third Mainland Bridge will resume full operations on April 4th, 2024, following extensive repairs.
“We sincerely thank you for your patience and cooperation, and we look forward to even smoother travels ahead.”
