President Bola Tinubu has placed a limitation on Ministers, Ministers of State, and Heads of Federal Government Agencies, allowing them a maximum of three vehicles in their official convoys.
Tinubu directed that all ministers, state ministers, and agency heads may only have a maximum of five security personnel assigned to them.
The security detail will consist of four police officers along with one officer from the Department of State Services (DSS).
The President issued a statement today regarding the announcement of the cost-reduction initiative.
All relevant officials are required to adhere to these new measures without delay.
