The Secretary to Government of Gombe State, Professor Ibrahim Njodi, on Sunday expressed heartfelt gratitude to Governor Muhammadu Yahaya, for attending his daughter’s wedding and showing fatherly love.
“I am deeply grateful to His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, for not only attending my daughter’s wedding but also playing a fatherly role,” Professor Njodi said. “Your Excellency, you have exhibited a high level of love to me and my family, and we will forever remain grateful.”
Njodi also extended his appreciation to other dignitaries who attended the wedding, including the Deputy Governor, Dr Manassah Jatau, members of the Gombe State House of Assembly, and the judiciary family.
Additionally, he acknowledged the presence of various officials, such as permanent secretaries, heads of security agencies, and local government council chairmen.
“I must also put on record the presence of my friends and colleagues from the academia, including the Vice Chancellor of Federal University Kashere, Prof. Umar Pate, and the former Vice Chancellor of the University of Maiduguri, Prof. Aliyu Shugaba,” he said.
Professor Njodi concluded by saying, “The Njodi’s appreciate you all! We are grateful for your love and support. Allah ya bar zumunci!! (May God bless our gathering!!)”
