Nigerian music superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has officially announced the date for his white wedding with Chioma.
The couple had their traditional wedding on June 25, 2024.
The event was a grand celebration, full of glamour and elegance, attracting prominent figures from the political, business, and entertainment worlds.
Notable personalities who attended the occasion included former President Olusegun Obasanjo, the Ooni of Ife – Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, and Oba Saheed Elegushi of the Ikate-Elegushi Kingdom.
Other prominent dignitaries in attendance included Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun; Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun; former governor of Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel; the President’s son, Seyi Tinubu; business mogul and socialite, Obi Cubana and many others.
Speaking during an interview with Breakfast Club, the singer announced that their highly anticipated white wedding will be coming up in August, 2025.
“I’m doing my white wedding in Miami, in August this year.
“Our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria because our relationship was in the public eye, and a lot have happened, apart from losing our child,” he said.
