The event, themed “Every Story is Unique, Every Journey Matters,” was held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the 3 Division Auditorium, Maxwell Khobe Cantonment, Jos. It brought together officers, soldiers, family members, and medical professionals to promote health consciousness and mental wellness within the military community.

In his address, Major General Oyinlola urged participants to prioritise their health through early detection and regular medical check-ups. He stressed the connection between physical and mental health, noting that overall wellness directly enhances operational effectiveness. He further encouraged families to maintain healthy lifestyles and foster peaceful home environments.
