The Taraba State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Initiative, Senator Sani Abubakar Danladi (C2C), on Wednesday said his priority is to ensure victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Agbu Kefas in the 2027 general elections.

Danladi, a former acting Governor of Taraba State and a former Senator who represented Taraba North Senatorial District, said the move was aimed at ensuring that both leaders continue their transformational drive for Nigeria and Taraba State.

The former senator spoke during a visit to Jalingo.

He disclosed that winning strategies for the All Progressives Congress (APC) were already being coordinated by stakeholders and called on Tarabans to support the move for a more prosperous Taraba State.

“While I commend President Tinubu and Governor Agbu Kefas for their work so far, I wish to state clearly that my priority is to ensure the re-election of both President Tinubu and Governor Agbu Kefas.

“APC stakeholders have already put about 95 per cent of the winning strategies in place to ensure the duo’s victory in the 2027 elections. I urge all Tarabans to support this move in order to attract massive development to the state,” the former senator stated.

Relatedly, Comrade Bobboi Bala Kaigama, Commissioner representing Taraba State at the Federal Character Commission, also called on citizens to support President Tinubu and Governor Kefas’ second-term agenda to attract more development.

The former Trade Union Congress (TUC) National President assured that President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative is targeted at positioning Nigeria among the top nations globally in security, economy, infrastructure and human development.
