DEDA further commended the Jigawa State Government under Governor Umar Namadi for the successful development of the Dutse International Airport as a cargo airport.
The association said the development marks a major milestone in the economic and infrastructural advancement of the state and Northern Nigeria.
“The operationalization of the cargo airport will open new opportunities for agricultural export, trade facilitation, investment attraction and job creation, while positioning Jigawa as an emerging logistics and commercial hub,” the statement added.
