You actually expect America to release their man’s criminal record? Your OLODO UPRISING is decomposing.
Harsh words. But let us sit with them.
America is not our father’s house. America is a principal beneficiary of Nigeria’s ruination. From oil deals to capital flight, from medical tourism to the brain drain, America has feasted while Nigeria bled.
So you are the fool for believing that any American regime, Democrat or Conservative, cares anything about us.
Democrats will talk human rights in Abuja and sign oil contracts in Houston. Conservatives will talk law and order in Washington and welcome our looted funds in Miami real estate. Different accents, same interest: America first.
Do you think the FBI will rush to release files that embarrass a Nigerian politician who has investments, children, and properties in America? Do you think the State Department will damage a relationship that gives them leverage over our oil, our votes at the UN, our students’ tuition?
No. Diplomacy is not charity. It is transaction.
If we want transparency, we must demand it here. If we want accountability, we must enforce it here. Waiting for America to expose “their man” is like waiting for a thief to call police on himself.
Nigeria must grow up. Stop outsourcing shame. Stop outsourcing justice.
Your OLODO may be overripe, but the cure is not anger. The cure is self-respect.
