Taraba NBA secures partnership with cooking gas company, members enjoy discount

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Jalingo Branch, has secured a partnership with Brim Energy, a cooking gas company in Taraba State, to ease the burden on members arising from frequent increases in the price of cooking gas.
The NBA Jalingo Branch Chairman, Dr. Philemon Saredau, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, saying the development was part of the Bar’s deliberate efforts to ensure the well-being of its members.
According to Saredau, only financially active members of the association would enjoy the discount, adding that beneficiaries would be required to present their NBA identification cards or branch dues payment receipts.
The statement explained that eligible members would be entitled to a maximum refill of 12.5kg per month, with a 10 per cent discount, effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
Saredau assured members that his administration would continue to make efforts to improve their welfare.
