The Director General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms, Dasuki  Arabi, had earlier told the Governor that his agency was established to facilitate the building of Nigeria’s public service into a highly functional, professional, customer focused and results oriented institution.
“Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System, IPPIS and Treasury Single Account, TSA are among numerous reforms brought by government and have since proven  beneficial to the federal and some states that have keyed into it”.
While praising governor Yahaya for his dynamic style of leadership and disposition towards change and reforms, the Director General  assured that Gombe state stands to gain a lot with a bureau of public service reform in place, assuring of his agency’s support to facilitate smooth take off of BPSR in the state.
