Gombe Gov’t Condoles With Karga, Layelmenson Families
Gombe State Governor, Mohammadu Inuwa Yahaya has comiserated with the Rev. Harling Karga and Mr Lamelson families over the demise of their son Simon Harling Karga and Mama Silfatu Layelmenson.
Karga who passed on to glory on 4th January, 2022 was aged 55 years. He was buried on the 7th in Kaltungo.
Represented by the Secretary to the state Government (SSG), Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, Governor Yahaya expresed sadness over the losses encouraging the deceased families to take solace in the fact the departed impacted positively on their lives.
He further admonished them to put to use the good experiences and life lessons from the life and times of their late brother,father Simon Harling and Mama Silfa respectively.
In their separate responses on behalf of the two bereaved families; Esbon Harling Karga and Mr Paulicarp Layelmenson, appreciated Governor Yahaya for identifying with them in time of grief.
They also prayed for the success of his administration in its quest to deliver on its mandate of moving the state forward.
The SSG was accompanied on the condolence visit by the Commissioner of Water Resources Alhaji Mijinyawa Yahaya,State Auditor General Mohammed Buba Gombe,Special Adviser to the Governor on Drugs and Narcotics as well as a member Teachers Service Commission Reverend Kawuwa.
The SSG also took time to inspect the ongoing construction of Kaltungo central mosque.
