Gombe NYSC Coordinator, Imoni hosts camp officials
The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe, Mrs Ada Imoni has emphasised on strict adherence to Covid-19 Safety protocols as Camp Officials prepare to receive the 2022 Batch B Stream I Prospective Corps members, from Wednesday 15th June, 2022.
Imoni, made this disclosure on Tuesday, during general meeting of Camp officials held at NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp Amada, Gombe State.

She maintained that all Camp participants should adhere to the Safety protocols of Covid 19 as directed by NYSC Directorate Headquarters, calling on all to lead by example in order to have a hitch-free Orientation Course.
While speaking on cordial working relationship, the State Coordinator urged Camp officials to see the Orientation Course as a national assignment where all hands must be on deck to ensure its success.

She said, ” No organisation is superior to the other. We all are working for the good of our dear nation. This meeting therefore,is to set the tone for a hitch free Orientation Course. Synergy is our watchword.”
On over socialisation and extortion, Imoni said NYSC Management would not tolerate extortion of Corps members in any guise and over socialization.
She called on Camp officials to accord Prospective Corps members the necessary assistance in the course of the exercise, adding that Camp officials must be discipline at all times and remember they are on camp to mould young Nigerians into better citizens.
On the use of social media, the State Coordinator said NYSC Management would not take lightly anyone using social media platforms negatively .
“There are channels of communication on camp. Use them to channel grievances instead of posting such on social media, ” she added.
Meanwhile, the Camp Director, Mrs Beulah Stellah Gokum solicited for the cooperation of all, adding that all hands should be on deck for a successful exercise.
She added that all Camp participants should take the morning meditation seriously as attendance would be taken.
In their various remarks , the Camp Commandant , Captain J Hamza and Resident Officer one Hajiya Hassanna Magaji also stressed on synergy throughout the duration of the exercise.
