Group lauds Orelope-Adefulire’s appointment as GAC member
The progressives wing of the party in Alimosho Federal Constituency went into joyous mood on Monday, as news filtered in that the former Deputy Governor of Lagos State Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, had made it to the membership of the Lagos Governance Advisory Council (GAC).
She is the incumbent Senior Special Assistant to the President and Director-General of Sustainable Developments Goal (SDG).
Periscope Nigeria reports that the GAC is the ‘Apex’ decision making body of the Lagos ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Rejoicing over the announcement the APC leader of Alimosho Federal Constituency, comrade Okedara described her as an amazon and a silent achiever and a great role model. She’s as got a very rare personality, a mentor and political mother to all.

Okedara, who is a very vocal voice for majority in Alimosho constituency applauded the decision of the leadership of the party for choosing the right person into GAC.
“Nigerian women have alot to tap from this great vessel, I see a brighter chance for many.
“Looking through your antecedent, you brought the right figure because you are a gift to this generation,” he said.
Okedara added, “I am very optimistic that you will do things differently without being bias, to these end i congratulate you ma.
“Congratulations on your coming induction into the Lagos Exclusive Political Hall of Fame, the Governance Advisory Council (GAC).”
