RIFAN Special Project Gombe to finalise 2021 Dry Season Harvest Recovery
The Gombe State Chapter of RIFAN Special Project under the leadership of Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello, is currently working to finalise the 2021 dry season harvest recovery.
Finalising the harvest recovery for the 2021 dry season, Bello said, “will give the association enough time to prepare and plan for the 2022 dry season programme.”
It could be recalled that the State Coordinator recently attended the preparatory meeting of 2022 Activities of RIFAN ABP.
Speaking, Alh. Adamu Sani, a beneficiary and cluster head urged farmers to give maximum cooperation in the recovery of the harvest for the sake of sustainability and further benefiting from the program.

According to him, “We all know that this Anchor Borrowers Programme isn’t a grant-given initiative rather than a loan that’s empowering farmers to benefit most from the farming.”
He commended the Coordinator of the special project and the president of RIFAN for their leadership in ensuring the success of rice farmers.
“I want to sincerely appreciate the effort of Gombe State Coordinator Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello and the National President of Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria, Alh. Aminu Goronyo for ensuring the sustainability of this project in Gombe State and the entire country,” he added.
