The Ndu Gra Cham, Dr.James Chachi’s of Gombe State has commended the Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, for appointing eminent sons and daughters into the State Executive Council.

Speaking, when Governor Yahaya, paid him a courtesy call on Tuesday in his palace, the Royal father particularly pointed out the appointment of a scholar, educationist and astute administrator, Mrs Naomi Philip Maigwa, who is incidentally the Executive Chairman of Gombe State Teachers Service Commission for her appointment and others.

Ndu Gra Cham also commended the Governor for the development strides made like the construction of roads, hospital and other social amenities provided in the chiefdom.

 

Responding, the Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya informed the Monarch that if he wins the 2023 general election together with all the elective positions of APC, “from top to bottom that he will do more than his administration does in his first tenure.”

He stressed that the appointments of sons and daughters from his chiefdom were based on merits and competency to deliver on his electioneering campaigns made to the people and to ensure that all the nooks and crannies of the state benefited from the dividends of democracy.

PERISCOPE NIGERIA the APC campaign for the re-election of Governor Yahaya entered its second day on Tuesday when the Campaign train visited all the electoral wards in Balanga South.
