Five players join Gombe United FC
Gombe United Football Club on Saturday announced that it has got a major boost to its squad with five newly recruited players ahead of the second round fixtures of the Nigeria Professional Football League 2023
According to a press statement issued by the Media Officer Halilu Teli, the additional players would improve the club’s rating.
The statement partly read, “Winger Paul Obata and striker Igbudu Igbada joined from Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri;Wasiu Mamud playing from the wing signed from Kwara United.”
“Midfielders – Mathias Samuel signed the dotted line from Lobi Stars and Gozie Umeh joined from Abia Warriors,” Teli added.
