Gombe NYSC Heads of Branches, Units, Zonal Inspectors brief Dawut Jidda
The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe, Mr Dawut Jidda has taken brief from Heads of Branches, Units and Zonal Inspectors.
The brief, came shortly after he took over the helm of affairs as the new helmsman in charge of NYSC in Gombe State.
He encouraged them to take their schedules and oath of secrecy seriously, especially on issues that bother on classified documents, take personal development seriously and encourage their subordinates to respect constituted authorities.
Jidda, speaking on accuracy and fact, encouraged them to always double check their work for effective and efficient service delivery. He maintained that, all hands must be on deck to take the Scheme to greater heights.
Speaking on reward system, the State Coordinator said he would introduce a reward system to recognize outstanding Staff as a strategy to boost their morale.
“We will partner the State Government and other critical Stakeholders to achieve this feat,” he added.
He called on all to explore means of getting support to be channelled into projects for the good of the Secretariat.
Heads of Branches, Units and Zonal Inspectors took time to brief the State Coordinator on their activities and highlighting challenges.
