European Union Election Observation Mission presents 2023 elections report to INEC
The Independent National Electoral Commission has received final report of election observation report on the 2023 elections from European Union Election Observation Mission.
Receiving the report, on Monday the Chairman of INEC Professor Mahmood Yakubu, and his National Commissioners lauded the Mission for its support.
According to a tweet on the verified Twitter handle of the Commission, the meeting was held in Abuja at its headquarters.
Yakubu commended the EU-EOM for its efforts in supporting democracy in Nigeria, assuring that the report would guide the Commission in future elections.
INEC wrote, “The European Union Election Observation Mission (EU-EOM) today presented its final Report on the 2023 General Election to the Commission.
“INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and National Commissioners were on hand to receive the visitors.”
