The Anglican Diocese of Jalingo has just concluded its seven days annual conference tagged Peniel, with a thanksgiving service.

Our correspondent reports that the programme was held at the auditorium (Church of Christ Cathedral) located at Mayo-Dassa in the city of Jalingo.

Records show Peniel started in 2021 with numerous testimonies, encounters, healings and miracles.

Great and anointed men of God and music ministers have graced the event starting from Apostle Joshua Selman, Solomon Lange, and host of other anointed men of God in 2021.

2022 brought Apostle Michael Orokpo, Joshua Selman and others. Yet this year, the city of Jalingo was blessed to have  Apostle Joshua Selman, Apostle Arome Osayi and other anointed ministers of the gospel.

The event has also recorded overflows as the number of people attending keep increasing in thousands. People from all over Jalingo trooped in to the venue hours before the programme even begin just to secure seats.

The former governor of Taraba State, Architect Darius Dickson Ishaku, was present at the last year’s event and although the present governor was not physically present, Apostle Selman paid him a courtesy visit.

Everyone was eager and expectant to receive blessings and at least one encounter from the programme. As the conference rounded off on Sunday, people celebrated and thanked God for the success.

Many congregants say they  look forward to the next edition.
