2. The Renewed Hope Platform is a state-of-the-art web portal designed to enhance the delivery of the Renewed Hope Estates and Cities Program under the current administration. The platform is design to revolutionize the real estate and mortgage administration in Nigeria.
3. The portal, which is an integrated and also a One-Stop Shop platform that will help reduce and eliminate all forms of human interference associated with manual processes. The portal is dedicated, reliable, secure and transparent with key features and benefits that will best meet the demands of Nigerians.
4. FEATURES OF THE PORTAL:
-User Friendly Interface: Simplifies the registration, search, and application processes for homebuyers and developers.
-Comprehensive Modules: Includes onboarding, pre-qualification, Credit checks via collaboration with Credit Bureaus, banks statement analysis, product application, property listing, mortgage application, and payment gateway features.
-Diverse Payment Options: Supports NHF Loans, Rent-To-Own, Installment and commercial mortgages.
-Enhanced Collaboration: Facilitates the release of 25% of Retirement Savings Account (RSA) balances through Pension FundAdministrators. This will enable subscribers apply and access 25% of the balances for the purpose of equity contributions.

7. have been awarded for the construction of Renewed Hope estates in 12 locations and 3 cities across the country. The estates are sited in Yobe, Gombe, Ebonyi, Abia, Nasarawa, Benue, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Katsina, Sokoto, Oyo, and Osun. The cities are in Abuja (funded under a PPP arrangement, Kano (funded with Ministry budgetary provision), and Lagos (through the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and PPP).
8. Currently the Renewed Hope Karsana City is open for subscription, while the Renewed Hope Estates under construction are open for indication of interest. The City is being developed under a PPP arrangement where developers secure land, source for funds and build while the Ministry provides an enabling environment.
9. Karsana City houses using PPP also have provision for cross subsidy for Nigerian workers. The Renewed Hope Estates have concessionary pricing as they are being funded through budgetary provision using free land from State Government which takes off a substantial cost to enhance affordability.
