A recent credible poll reveals that Dr Asue Ighodalo is well ahead of other candidates as they trail far behind.
The poll audited and published by BusinessDay Newspaper, shows the PDP candidate, Dr Asue Ighodalo, way ahead of the APC candidate and the Labour Party candidate.
The poll rated the PDP candidate with an all time overwhelming sixty eight percent (68%) while the other candidates of APC and Labour were left to grapple with the balance of thirty eight ( 38%).
Election polls are a reflection of both the popularity rating of how the candidates of political parties are faring in an election and the results of the candidate’s engagement with the people.
Against the backdrop of the above stated fact, no doubt that the poll truly reflects the yearnings and aspirations of the Edo people to vote Dr Asue Ighodalo as the next governor of Edo State.
Dr Asue Ighodalo is the most engaging candidate of them all. He had the highest level of visibility both on ground and on traditional cum social media spaces.
Dr Asue Ighodalo has espoused the most brilliant ideas about governance and leadership and he is by far the most hardworking, always on the road or in the air on his way to one engagement or the other with those who have vested interest in Edo State whether home or abroad.
We, therefore, want to warn those who want to subvert the will of the Edo people to steer clear because the Edo people are ready to defend their votes and make sure they count. Remember that the will of the people is the will of God.
