A former governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Gombe State, Hamma Saleh, has hailed former Governor and current Senator representing Gombe North, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, describing him as an effective and unifying leader of the party in the state.
