Igando-Ikotun, the political stronghold from which Alimosho’s bulk votes originate, must not be compromised or traded for personal interests or pride. We, concerned non-indigenous patriots of Igando-Ikotun in Alimosho Local Government Area, respectfully call on our esteemed leader and father, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to help us reclaim our mandate from the BATCO Mandate faction—loyalists of Rauf Aregbesola and Enilolobo—who have sworn allegiance to their camp, regardless of changing circumstances.

It is disheartening to witness the struggle of our dear LCDA being reduced to political barter under the pretext that Akinsanya Lasisi once assisted during your tenure as Governor while he served as NULGE Chairman in Lagos State. We must point out that Akinsanya was adequately compensated—first as Council Secretary and later as LCDA Chairman—while other loyal groups were sidelined. It is worth noting that Akinsanya Lasisi has been rated the worst LCDA Chairman in Lagos by Lagos Reporter. We urge you to verify this claim.
We, the people of Igando-Ikotun, are being misled, allowing Enilolobo and his associates to perpetuate their manipulation within our LCDA. As staunch loyalists to your leadership, we have been ignored for far too long. We strongly urge all stakeholders to prevail on Hon. Bisi Yusuf to reclaim our stolen mandate. If the current situation continues, our collective mandate will be eroded, and the morale of loyal party members will be destroyed.
The contributions of those who stood by Hon. Bisi Yusuf should not be dismissed, and the people’s mandate in Igando-Ikotun must be respected. We are closely observing developments and trust that your leadership will not align with Enilolobo and Rauf Aregbesola in Alimosho.
We also urge the people of Igando-Ikotun LCDA to remain calm and vigilant. We will not allow our efforts and sacrifices to benefit another group unjustly. Let wisdom prevail. Power should not intoxicate, especially while enjoying the support and blessings of loyal followers. It is not over until it is over.
We call on our leaders and members to remain firm and resolute. We are hopeful that justice will be served—especially in light of Akinsanya’s reported attempt to purchase the Vice Chairman slot, which rightfully belongs to the Mandate camp.
We urge Hon. Bisi Yusuf to reconsider his current stance and not mistake our gentleness for weakness. We also appeal to the state chairman and party leadership to intervene urgently. With all due respect, we are progressive-minded individuals advocating for the sustainable agenda of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, now entrusted to our Apex Leader in Alimosho APC, Hon. Bisi Yusuf.
In Igando-Ikotun LCDA, we speak the truth—not from hatred or sentiment, but from a place of loyalty and commitment to progressive ideals.
A word of caution: Igando-Ikotun LCDA may become your political nightmare if due care is not taken.
