Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh, has shared an emotional testimony of reconciliation and healing, describing it as a clear demonstration of God’s faithfulness and power to restore broken relationships.
In a reflective message made public recently, Dikeh said she and the father of her child, Dr. Kunle Churchill, have experienced peace and restoration after more than a decade of public disagreements, strained communication, and emotional pain.

According to her, what seemed impossible by human effort was resolved through divine intervention, humility, and prayer.
“We are living proof that the Word of God is eternal and unfailing. God is not a God who abandons what He has started. When He begins a work, He stays with it until it is completed,” she said.
Dikeh noted that years marked by bitterness, wounds, and conflict have now given way to peace, mutual respect, and understanding, stressing that the change did not come through force, intellect, or strength, but through the work of God’s Spirit.
“What looked ugly and beyond repair has been touched by mercy. Peace has replaced chaos, and respect has returned where anger once lived. What human effort could not fix, God healed,” she stated.
She expressed gratitude to Dr. Kunle for choosing peace and yielding to what she described as God’s direction, adding that obedience to God often leads to restoration, even when the journey has been long and painful.
“I am deeply grateful to the father of my child for yielding to God’s word and choosing peace. Obedience to God always births restoration,” Dikeh said.
The actress also used the opportunity to encourage others facing prolonged conflict, urging them not to lose hope.
“To anyone who is tired, wounded, misunderstood, and believing nothing good can come out of their situation, please hear this: God has not abandoned you. Your story is not over,” she said.
Dikeh prayed that the restored relationship would remain anchored on mercy, grace, and divine protection, adding that she hopes their experience will serve as a testimony to others that God does not fail or abandon His own.
She also acknowledged her spiritual mentor, whom she referred to as “Papa,” thanking him for his guidance and role in shaping her faith journey.
The message has since drawn widespread reactions online, with many describing it as a powerful testimony of forgiveness, healing, and faith.
